Exciting Changes coming to Religious Education in Fall 2025
A New Family-Centered Hybrid Model for Grades 1-6
Launching September 2025
We are thrilled to announce a new direction for our parish Religious Education program! Beginning in Fall 2025,
we will be moving to a Family-Centered Hybrid Model for grades 1–6. This new format replaces our previous
two-track system and brings all families together twice a month on Sundays for shared, meaningful faith formation.
Why This Change?
In today’s fast-paced world, families need both flexibility and support to grow in faith together. This model is
designed to:
Two Sundays a Month | September–April | 16 Total Sessions
Families are encouraged to attend Mass at a time that best fits their schedule. Regular Mass participation remains a vital part of formation.
Each family will receive resources and activities to continue the faith conversation at home throughout the month.
Special events, retreats, and parent meetings will be provided for children preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion.
We’re launching a brand-new Passport of Faith program to make weekly Mass attendance and parish life fun and rewarding. Families can also look forward to seasonal family events that build community and celebrate our faith.
Monthly Sunday Sessions | 5:00–8:00 PM | 8 Total Sessions
We are also launching a dynamic new Confirmation Prep experience for 7th and 8th graders!
Each session includes:
5:00 PM Mass
Dinner and fellowship
Interactive formation led by the Fiat Ventures Team
Held in our Parish Community Room, this program blends the best of youth group energy with meaningful preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Teens will grow in their Catholic faith, build friendships, and discover their place in the Church.
