Pianist Veronica O'Brien holds degrees from Montclair State University and The Hartt School. She is an active recitalist and serves as the Director of Music at the Church of the Nativity in Midland Park, NJ, and directs the choir at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ. She will perform works by works by Mozart, Schubert/ Liszt, William Grant Still, Margaret Bonds, and the 24 Preludes of Alexander Scriabin.
Brenda Arnold Day, organist, is a graduate of Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, NJ where she majored in Church Music. A very active organ recitalist and accompanist, Ms. Day studied with Donald McDonald, William Whitehead, Allan Birney, and Ruth Bittner. She is Organist Emerita of the First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen where she, for 39 years, was responsible for 4 singing choirs and 5 handbell choirs as well as a Lenten Concert Series. She will perform works of Bach, Mendelssohn, and music from the 20th and 21st centuries.
